Kotor

Pestingrad is the ridge of the Đerin Peak (1,098 mnm), which rises vertically above the Old Town of Kotor and Dobrota. Due to its position, the viewpoint is extraordinary and it reveals: the peaks of Mount Lovćen - Jezerski peak and Štirovnik, Đerinski peak, Velje Zalaze, Velji vrh, Vranovo brdo, Reovačke grede, Orjen, Subru, Vrmac with Ilijin peak, Perast, Dobrota, Kotor, Bijela, Obosnik, Luštica, Tivat Airport, serpentines of Kotor, etc.
Plan and program:
Start of this tour is at the Old Town of Kotor (elevation difference 998m). We go by the path that along the walls of the old town. We pass the walls and head along Ždrijelo, an Austro-Hungarian trail on the left bank of the river Škurda. We reach Krstac (1070m), located on the border of the Lovćen National Park. From this point we go left, approximately 30 minutes, all the way to the Old Town of Pestingrad, from where you can get an incredibly beautiful view of the Kotor Bay.
